Currently, we are looking to hire for the following positions:

Project Manager (all locations)
. Responds to client needs and coordinating with our Dispatch Dept. in order to expedite emergency services
. Work with clients to ensure each project is handled appropriately
. Determine material, equipment, and manpower needed for each specific job
. Adjust work when needed
. Oversee Technicians on the job and manage job through completion
. Prepare all paperwork from beginning to end for each job
. Ensure each job stays within budget
. On-Call Services when needed
. Is able to recommend procedures to make processes more efficient

You must have a background in Construction or other related Restoration Fields. Certifications in the Restoration Industry Definitely a plus. You will also need a valid drivers license.

Pack-A-Way Coordinator/Administrator (Rockland)
In addition to our Fire and Flood restoration services we also offer our clients a Pack-a-Way storage service. We are looking for incredibly detail oriented individuals with a background in either interiors or moving to help this division grow.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

. Meeting with clients to coordinate a smooth pack a way of furniture, home furnishings, and other personal belongings. Coordinate pack a way moves with our dispatch department.
. Make observations of the home, the condition of the items, and the layout of the items so that at the completion of the job the client’s home is the way it was prior to the pack a way.
. Accurate computer data entry and data processing of all belongings being entered into the storage vault.

Excellent customer service skills are a necessity as you may be dealing with clients who may have just suffered a traumatic experience. Computer proficiency also a requirement as well as having a valid drivers license.

Mold Technicians
We are willing to train the right person but special consideration will be given to candidates with a cleaning and/or maintenance background.

Crew Chiefs
Ideal candidate will be familiar with insurance repair for all types of damage to residential and commercial property from fire, water, bio hazard, mold, vehicle impact, vandalism, wind etc. to supervise Technicians on the job site.

Corporate In-house Trainer
Responsible for developing and implementing an in-house training program for the following areas:
. Water damage
. Fire damage
. Mold damage

Requirements include minimum of five years relevant teaching experience in these areas to teach Project Managers and Techs. Certifications preferred.
