Job Purpose:
Obtains payments by notifying customers of delinquent status, developing solutions to obtain payments, documenting actions.

Duties:
• Plans Collections by receiving and analyzing accounts receivable reports; determining appropriate actions
• Notifies customers of status by verifying status and sending notification
• Collects accounts by discussing situation with customer; obtaining payment; developing a solution
• Maintains account payments by monitoring payments; following up to obtain payments
• Refers accounts for legal action by forwarding account status information
• Documents collection actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with regulatory requirements
• Provides management control information by recording and summarizing collection data trends

Carpet Cleaners
We are willing to train the right person but special consideration will be given to candidates with a cleaning and/or maintenance background.

Crew Chiefs
Ideal candidate will be familiar with insurance repair for all types of damage to residential and commercial property from fire, water, bio hazard, mold, vehicle impact, vandalism, wind etc. to supervise Technicians on the job site.

Duties:
• Knowledge of fire, flood and natural disaster experiences with both commercial and residential properties
• On-Call to deal with emergency situations as they arise, follow up with dispatch to schedule crews. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Interfaces with clients to attain a smooth project; responds to client inquiries and issues
• Determines materials/equipment required for each specific project, prepares purchase orders; coordinate purchase and delivery of material needed.
• Supervises field technicians through completion of project
• Inspects work
• Reviews invoices and job logs for job cost accounting
• Ensures budgets are adhered to-reviews job cost reports

Corporate In-house Trainer
Responsible for developing and implementing an in-house training program for the following areas:
• Water damage
• Fire damage
• Mold damage

Requirements include minimum of five years relevant teaching experience in these areas to teach Project Managers and Techs. Certifications preferred.

Production Dispatcher
2pm to 10pm
We are looking for someone who is incredibly organized and able to manage numerous crews out in the field. Customer service skills are valued as in this position as you will be in contact with clients that may have just suffered a traumatic experience. Special considerations will be given to persons with emergency services experience. Computer proficiency required.
